Had the privilege to participate in the 12th edition of “Ek Rakhi Sainikansathi” (One Rakhi for Soldiers), organised by Chaitanya Pratishthan, Goa, at the Durbar Hall of Lok Bhavan, Dona Paula.

The programme was held to honour our brave soldiers serving along the nation’s borders and express our gratitude for their service. It was an honour to be in the presence of Shri Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Hon’ble Governor of Goa, and Shri Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Hon’ble Governor of Kerala, along with actor Shri Yogesh Soman.

Coming from a humble background and rising above countless challenges, Ayesha is currently pursuing her nursing education at Sai Nursing Institute, Sankhali. It was a privilege to support her journey by providing her with a learning tablet, which we hope will help her access educational resources and move closer to her dream of becoming a nurse. It was a privilege to provide uniforms to the 5th Standard students of Mahanandu G. Naik Memorial High School, Bhoma, as part of the Uniform Distribution Programme.

The programme was held in the gracious presence of Shri Pankaj Marathe, Dy. Collector, North Goa District, along with Shri Damodar Phadte, Shri Laxmikant Khedekar, Shri Mahabaleshwar Fadte Gaonkar, Headmistress Mrs. Aparna R. Walwaikar, teachers, parents and the entire school community.

I still remember the early days of our journey in the BJP, when we struggled, worked tirelessly and built the organisation from the ground up under the guidance and leadership of our beloved leader late Shri Manohar Parrikar ji.

Today, standing at the newly established BJP headquarters at Kadamba Plateau, I am filled with immense pride and emotion. From those humble beginnings to becoming the world’s largest political party, the journey has been truly extraordinary.

In Goa, the BJP family has grown into a movement of lakhs of dedicated karyakartas, united by a shared resolve to serve the people and build a stronger, more prosperous Goa.

In support of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji’s ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ initiative, a sapling distribution drive was organised at our residence, where many people from neighbourhood came forward to collect saplings and contribute towards a greener and healthier environment.

A variety of saplings, including Golden Shower plant, Mango, Hibiscus, Peru (Guava), Custard Apple, Lime and more, were distributed to encourage everyone to plant, nurture and grow.
