In the wake of surge in covid Cases and acting as per new guidelines issued by the authorities, an awareness cm enforcement drive was carried out at various locations in the city. Special focus was on crowded markets and areas like Anardana chowk, Adalat bazar,bus stand and leela bhawan area etc. Through announcements shop owners and people were repeatedly appealed to ensure use of masks, maintain social distancing and to follow the other guidelines related to covid-19.In addition, masks were distributed to the needy and without mask challans are being issued. Acting as per the latest directions, people who were found without masks were taken to the nearest hospital for covid tests.
