Today, C-DAC Patna formally inaugurated the PG Certificate Programme 2026, commencing two specialized domains — PG Certificate Programme in Artificial Intelligence and PG Certificate Programme in FinTech and Blockchain Development. Structured as a 24-week intensive programme integrating theory, laboratory sessions, project work, and guided self-study, the courses are designed to build advanced, industry-aligned competencies in emerging technology areas. The induction session set an academic and strategic direction for the February 2026 batch, with Shri Ritesh Dhote, Scientist E & HOD ACTS, outlining the curriculum vision and its industry alignment, followed by perspectives on the Centre’s strategic outlook and commitment to advancing cutting-edge technology education shared by Shri Abhinav Dixit, Scientist G & Centre Head, C-DAC Patna. With this, the new cohort begins its structured and application-focused journey in emerging technology domains.

At the IndiaAI Impact Summit 2026, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, C-DAC Patna exchanged an MoU with All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna on 17 February 2026, initiating a strategic collaboration in AI-enabled healthcare.
The MoU was officially signed by Shri Abhinav Dixit, Scientist ‘G’ & Centre Head, C-DAC Patna, and Shri Nilotpal Bal, Deputy Director (Administration), AIIMS Patna in the esteemed presence of Shri S Krishnan Secretary, MeitY; Shri Sudeep Shrivastava, Joint Secretary, MeitY; Shri Magesh E., Director General, C-DAC; Shri Manoj Kumar Jain, Group Coordinator – R&D in IT, MeitY; along with senior officials from C-DAC.
The partnership will focus on Digital Twin technologies, AI-driven diagnostics, advanced clinical data analytics, and secure digital health infrastructure, advancing technology-led healthcare innovation for Bihar and beyond.
