माननीय राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल सय्यद अता हसनैन (सेवानिवृत्त) ने पटना संग्रहालय में कला एवं शिल्प महाविद्यालय, पटना की प्राचार्या डॉ॰ राखी कुमारी की एकल कला प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार कला, संस्कृति और ज्ञान की समृद्ध विरासत वाला प्रदेश है, जिसे समझना, महसूस करना और सहेजना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिहार की अनमोल कला एवं सांस्कृतिक परंपराएँ उसे देश-दुनिया में विशिष्ट पहचान दिलाती हैं।
लेडी गवर्नर श्रीमती सबीहा हसनैन ने डॉ॰ राखी की तीन दशक से अधिक की कला यात्रा की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि उनकी कला में बिहार की लोक परंपराओं और समकालीन विषयों का सुंदर समन्वय दिखाई देता है।

Hon’ble Governor Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) inaugurated the solo art exhibition of Dr Rakhi Kumari, Principal, College of Arts & Crafts, Patna, at the Patna Museum. On the occasion, he said that Bihar is a land of rich artistic, cultural and intellectual heritage, which must be understood, valued and preserved. He added that Bihar’s invaluable artistic and cultural traditions give the state a distinctive identity in India and the world.
Lady Governor Smt Sabiha Hasnain appreciated Dr Rakhi’s artistic journey spanning over three decades, noting the beautiful blend of Bihar’s folk traditions and contemporary themes in her work.

माननीय राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल सय्यद अता हसनैन (सेवानिवृत्त) एवं महिला इमदाद कमिटी की अध्यक्ष व लेडी गवर्नर श्रीमती सबीहा हसनैन ने बिहार लोक भवन में महिला इमदाद कमिटी एवं जयप्रभा मेदांता सुपर स्पेशियलिटी हॉस्पिटल, पटना द्वारा राज्यपाल सचिवालय के पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों के लिए आयोजित ‘कार्डियोपल्मोनरी रिससिटेशन (सीपीआर) प्रशिक्षण’ कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया।
इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने कहा कि आपात स्थिति में सीपीआर जैसी बेसिक स्किल किसी की जान बचाने में बेहद अहम हो सकती है। उन्होंने सीपीआर प्रशिक्षण को स्कूलों, कॉलेजों, विश्वविद्यालयों और सार्वजनिक स्थानों तक व्यापक रूप से पहुँचाने तथा 8वीं कक्षा से ऊपर के विद्यार्थियों को भी इसका प्रशिक्षण देने पर जोर दिया।

Hon’ble Governor Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) and President of Mahila Imdad Committee Lady Governor Smt Sabiha Hasnain participated in a ‘Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training’ programme organised by the Mahila Imdad Committee and Jay Prabha Medanta Super Speciality Hospital, Patna for the officers and staff of the Governor’s Secretariat at Bihar Lok Bhavan.
On the occasion, the Governor said that basic CPR skills can be crucial in saving a person’s life during an emergency. The Hon'ble Governor emphasised the need to expand CPR training across schools, colleges, universities and public places, and to provide such training to students of Class 8 and above.
