Despite the proclamations about empowerment and the numerous government schemes designed to improve women's economic and social conditions, their present status still shows much cause

for concern. Today world has changed its view about women but even after witnessed numerous movements led by the veteran leaders, Bihar still lags behind in thought and acion primarily in the case of the victims of sexual harrasment. At this stage when entire world has changed as to the way it read the women, we are seriously lagging behind as per the civilized world standards as such complete pro active and drastic measures akin to a movement is needed primarly in the case of the victims of sexual offenses which may be called also a movement against rape and outraged. बिहार में जंगलराज :19 साल की लड़की के साथ गैंगरेप करने के बाद प्राइवेट पार्ट में धारदार चाकू घुसेड़ा

पटना: बिहार में पिछले दिनो हुई रोडरेज में मारे गए आदित्य और पत्रकार राजदेव रंजन हत्या की घटनाओं की याद अभी धुधली भी नहीं हुई थी कि मधुबनी में 19 साल की साथ हुई गैगरेप की घटना एक बार फिर झकझोर दिया हैं

बिहार के मधुबनी में 12 वीं क्लास में पढने वाली लड़की के साथ घर लौटने के दौरान 4 दुष्टों ने गैगरेप किया. तनवी (काल्पनीक नाम) किसी काम से बाहर गई थी घर लौटने के दौरान असने ऑटो में बैठ गई ,सवारी ऑटो में तीन लोग पहले से थे. ऑटो ड्राइवर मोहमद सुलेमान और बाकी 3 लोगो ने तनवी को अगवा कर ऑटो को सुनसान जगह पर ले गए , लड़की से साथ चारों ने मिलकर रेप कया , तनवी ने विरोध किया तो उसमें से एक ने उसपर चाकू से वार करने लगा. अपराधी ने 16 बार तनवी पर चाकू घोपे, तनवी के प्राइवेट पार्ट में भी चीकू घुसेड़े. तनवी का पूरा शरीर चाकुऔर के वार से घायल होन के खून बह रहा था. चारो अपरधायों ने उसे मरा समझ कर सड़क के किनारे फेंककर चले गए.

घटना बुधवार रात की है लड़की गुरुवार सुबह लोगों को सड़क किनारे मिली. अस्पताल ले जाया गया. पुलिस को जानकारी देने और मामले के सामने आने तक में हफ्ते का शनिवार आ चुका था.जिसके बाद पुलिस हरकत में आई.

पुलिस घटनास्थल पर गई तो वहां से एक मोबाइल और एटीएम कार्ड मिले. पुलिस के बताया कि यह फोन ऑटो ड्राइवर सुलेमान के नाम पर है पुलिस ने सुलेमान को अरेस्ट कर लिया है. बाकी के जो 3 अपराधी फरार हैं. पुलिस खोजने में लगी हुई है. पर अब तक सुलेमान के अलावा कोई हाथ नहीं लगा है. पुलिस ने ऑटो भी बरामद कर लिया है.
