भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के पूर्व महासचिव & सांसद कॉमरेड सुधाकर रेड्डी नहीं रहे। कॉमरेड सुधाकर रेड्डी ने अपना पूरा जीवन मज़दूर वर्ग और वंचितों के संघर्षों को समर्पित किया।
सुधाकर रेड्डी का जन्म 1942 में हुआ था।
2012 से 2019 तक वे CPI महासचिव रहे। बिहार के लिए यह गौरव की बात है कि वे 2012 में पटना में हुए राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में महासचिव चुने गए थे। उनके पहले सी. पी. आई के महासचिव ए. बी. बर्द्धन थे.
सुधाकर रेड्डी आंध्र प्रदेश के नालगोंडा लोकसभा सीट से दो बार सांसद भी रहे।
जनता के लिए लड़ने वाले आजीवन योद्धा के रूप में सुधाकर रेड्डी को उनकी सादगी, स्पष्टता तथा कम्युनिस्ट आंदोलन के प्रति उनके अटूट समर्पण के लिए हमेशा याद किया जाएगा।
