*Potato Seed Project–A New Milestone for REAP Pauri*
Under the CBO-Level Enterprise Activity (Y4) of the Potato Seed Project, procurement of Kufri Jyoti potato seed is underway at Jallu Village, Thalisain. Since 11.08.2026, *300 QTL* of seed have been procured from local farmers by Prerna CLF.
The seed is being graded, sorted, cleaned and treated before certification by *USSOCA*, which has conducted four rounds of inspection and is providing continuous technical guidance. After certification, the seed will be stored for 5–6 months in the hybrid cold store (solar + electricity) established for the CLF with REAP support through convergence. The certified seed will be marketed to the Horticulture Department in the next season, creating a sustainable CBO-level enterprise and a local market linkage for farmers. Prerna CLF has been implementing the Potato Seed Project since 2023 with the support of REAP.

The Annual General Meetings (AGM) of Prerna and Chauthan CLFs were successfully conducted in Thalisain block of Pauri Garhwal with the support and guidance of Gramotthan Project (REAP).
A total of ₹1.98 lakh dividend was distributed among 483 shareholders, reflecting strong member participation and the growing financial strength of the cooperatives.

आज दिनांक 11 अगस्त 2026 का दिन विकासखंड पौड़ी की *साधना स्वायत्त सहकारिता, ल्वाली* के इतिहास में एक स्वर्णिम अध्याय के रूप में दर्ज हुआ। ग्रामोत्थान परियोजना के अंतर्गत 20 लाख रुपये की लागत से निर्मित *कलेक्शन सेंटर एवं कार्यालय* का लोकार्पण माननीय श्री राजकुमार पोरी जी द्वारा किया गया। इस शुभ अवसर पर विशेष अतिथि श्रीमती अस्मिता नेगी जी एवं कनिष्ठ प्रमुख सहित अनेक गणमान्य व्यक्तियों, समूह सदस्यों और ग्रामवासियों की उपस्थिति ने इस आयोजन को और भी गरिमामय बना दिया।
यह केंद्र केवल एक भवन नहीं, बल्कि ग्रामीण आजीविका, संगठनात्मक सशक्तिकरण और सामूहिक प्रगति का प्रतीक होगा। यहाँ से महिलाओं के समूह, किसान संगठन और स्थानीय सहकारी संस्थाएँ अपने कार्यों को अधिक संगठित और प्रभावी ढंग से आगे बढ़ा सकेंगी। यह पहल ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को नई दिशा देने के साथ-साथ आत्मनिर्भरता और सहयोग की भावना को भी मजबूत करेगी।

initiative of REAP Pauri has been featured in Amar Ujala newspaper, highlighting our efforts towards women-led entrepreneurship, promotion of local products and strengthening market linkages.
The initiative is being led by Milan Mahila Swayatt Sahakarita, Neelkanth, with support from REAP. The Rolling Mart will provide a mobile market platform for HILANS products of Yamkeshwar as well as other federations of the district.

On 4th July 2026, a *Seva Pakhwada* programme was organized at *Pauri Preshagrah* with active participation from the Gramotthan Project team.
The programme dignified by the presence of the *Hon’ble MLA, the DM ma’am, the CDO sir and the PD-DRDA sir*. As part of the programme, a *Hilans stall* was set up, showcasing a *wide range of pahadi products*. The Hilans stall registered sales nearly *₹4,800*.
