What if hunger becomes a barrier to motherhood?
In Peddapuram Government Hospital, every week 150 pregnant women come for their monthly check-up. They take an OP slip, wait for hours, get blood tests done, and by the time they leave, it's late afternoon. They are tired, exhausted, and the baby inside is hungry.
To solve this silent pain, Mana Peddapuram Group, an Andhra Pradesh based NGO, started a simple yet powerful mission.
We prepare fresh, nutritious, home-style food in our own dedicated hygienic kitchen and serve it with love to every pregnant woman who comes to the hospital.
No forms. No questions. Just a hot, healthy meal served with dignity.
This journey started 2.5 years ago with the support of our generous donors. Today, we proudly celebrated our 125th Week. For 124 weeks, without a single break, this service has continued.
This is not just a food program. This is our way of saying to a mother: _"We care for you and your baby."_
Our dream is to see this not just in Peddapuram, but in every government hospital. A universal model where no pregnant woman has to go home hungry.

On the occasion of our beloved Deputy CM of AP Shri Pawan Kalyan's birthday, the 125th week of our Mathruthvam program was celebrated in a grand way with the support of JanaSainiks.
