It's been a year that the youth of Sosong Sotek Social Service Team has not been active due to education pressures. But today the youth has come together to take an initiative. The youths has initiated cleanliness drive around the monastery and village. The beautiful day with creative youths.

Father of Acharya Tashi Tshering Lepcha, Assistant professor of SIHNS(Sheda, college) (Advisor of Sosong Sotek S.S.T), Karma Lepcha who left for heaven in 20/Feb/2022, R/O Khachodpalri, W/S. The funeral will be held in 24 Feb 2022 i.e day after tomorrow.
May his soul rest in peace. 🙏

Today, Sosong Sotek Social Service Team turns 2 years and we have been working hard to keep our humanity within the society, keep our culture alive, and work towards environmental sustainability. With this, all the members of our club would thank each and everyone who was there supporting us. 🤗

A huge congratulation to Acharya Wangda Lepcha who got appointed as Assistant Professor on Nyingma Philosophy and Acharya Tashi Tshering Lepcha, who got appointed as Assistant Professor on Buddhist Philosophy at Sikkim Institute of Higher Nyingma Studies, Pangthang, East Sikkim.

It is an example of the upcoming generation saying that if you put in your hard work and dedication, precisely you'll get success, no matter how much you failed. One day you'll be able to get where you've dreamed to be.
