It was formed as merely a group youths conducted cricket tournaments to encourage spirit of cricketers of our distant villages. After 1995 it steped forward to charitable work and organised 'Zero rabis programme'. ted very good opinion in the mind of villagers.In 1997 PCC took another one act play and won first in the competition which was held in Alappuzha district and later represented in Kannur state level Keralolsavam. In1996,in order to collect monetary fund to help and support poor students of our schools PCC had organised a Volly ball tournament. That following years PCC was going through several programmes like Medical camps, blood testing camps, eye testing camps and that attempts enriched their roots in the minds of Perumpalalm
In1998, it was very proud full moment and PCC stepped before a historical attempt of 'Property ownership' to encourage the youths which were involved in Volley ball. In 2000 a dream came with true and they were the owner of a volleyball court. After its formation PCC had organised many volleyball summer camps to enrich the volley spirit of school students. In 2002 PCC was re_organized and it was renamed known as Perumpalalm Cultural and Charitable Center (PCC). With the support of elders, it was developed new ideas and organised State level Valley ball tournaments to entertain the poors of this Island. PCC had conducted about 5 of All Kerala Volley ball tournaments as on 2013. In 2013 PCC had fully involved in the work to establish this island is to make the first fully organ donated Island among all islanders in Asia. PCC had organized many Onam celebrations to enrich the boyhood memories of all children. At last PCC organised a Bike rally with the support of all India blood donation organization named Bullet hood located in Kochi. PCC is an organization not developed by the hard work of its members, but formed well by the support of this villagers. Yes, it's the mankind product and watered, planted well in the soil and soul of Perumpalalm.
