Under the vision of Carbon Neutral Election–2026, the Election Departments, Puducherry implemented the “Count the Carbon 2.0” initiative, in collaboration with the Forest, Environment and Pollution Control authorities.
1099 saplings were planted in Manapattu under the theme “One Booth : One Tree”.
Native species such as Neem, Banyan, Peepal, Tamarind and others were planted
