An extensive citizen engagement programme is established by Puducherry Municipality to document the views and concerns for the same. Residents may post their opinion and ideas on civic services su

ch as transport, parking, water supply, tourism, sanitation, energy, housing, IT solutions, health, education, safety and security. Your views, opinion and solutions on urban issues faced by Puducherry would not only support a better tomorrow, it will also make Puducherry attain that smart tag with utilities and services at maximum efficiency.
