Soham Meditation Technique!
Sit comfortably with your eyes closed and keep your body relaxed.
Bring your attention to your natural breathing without trying to control it.
As the breath flows in, observe the sound “So…”
As the breath flows out, observe “Ham…”
Let this continue effortlessly with every breath.
Thoughts will arise — do not resist them and do not engage.
Simply remain a witness and gently bring your focus back to the breath and the sound of Soham.
As the practice deepens, the breath becomes subtle and the mind begins to settle.
You remain aware, observing — not the thoughts, not the body, but the awareness itself.
Practice this meditation daily, even for a few minutes, and gradually experience a calmer, more aware state of being.
