🏆 Award Recognition | IIChE Awards 2026

We are pleased to announce that the research paper by Dr. Satyam Naidu Vasireddy, CSIR-NCL, titled:

“Evaluation of reaction kinetics for chemoselective hydrogenation of citral for intensification of citral intermediates using copper-based catalysts”

has received the Chemical Weekly Award for the Best Paper under the IIChE Awards for the Year 2026.

The award recognizes the paper published in the Indian Chemical Engineer in its 2025 issues.

The award will be presented during CHEMCON-2026, to be held at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, on 27 December 2026.

🔬 Celebrating research excellence at AcSIR

The Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) is proud to announce that 10 of its faculty members have been elected as Fellows of the Indian National Science Academy (INSA), effective from 1 January 2027.
