आर. एम. धरिवाल फाउंडेशन ने Camp Education Society को नई स्कूल बस प्रदान की है, जिससे देहू गाँव के प्री-प्राइमरी छात्रों को निगड़ी तक विश्वसनीय, सुरक्षित और समयबद्ध परिवहन सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।

आरएमडी फाउंडेशन द्वारा हर महीने आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोगों की आंखों का मुफ्त मोतियाबिंद ऑपरेशन एच व्ही देसाई आय हॉस्पिटल पुणे यहाँ किया जा रहा है। 1 मार्च 2025 से शुरू हुई इस योजना से 500 से अधिक लोग लाभान्वित हुए हैं। यह योजना फरवरी 2026 तक जारी रहेगी।

आरएमडी फाउंडेशन द्वारा हर साल जून से अक्टूबर तक वृक्षारोपण अभियान चलाया जाता है। इसमें देशी प्रजाति के पौधे लगाए जाते हैं। इस साल भी विभिन्न स्कूलों, अस्पतालों, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के पहाड़ी इलाकों, शहर की सड़कें आदि में वृक्षारोपण किया जा रहा है।

आर एम डी फाऊंडेशन द्वारा, महात्मा गांधी विद्यालय उरळी कांचन पुणे में छात्रांओ के लिये "एक वृक्ष माँ के लिये" योजना का आयोजन और वृक्षारोपण किया गया I

जिसका उद्देश छात्रांओ द्वारा पेड़ लगाना ,पेड का महत्व और उनका पालन-पोषण करना है, महात्मा गांधी जयंती के अवसर पर छात्रांओ को 2700 देशी वृक्ष वितरित किए गए I वितरित वृक्षों की देखभाल, विकास और संवर्धन करने वाले छात्रांओंको को प्रमाण पत्र और उचित पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

आरएमडी फाउंडेशन द्वारा "शोभाबेन स्मार्ट क्लास योजना" के अंतर्गत शिरूर तालुका के कसारी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में आर एम धारीवाल जूनियर और सीनियर अकादमी को स्मार्ट पैनल बोर्ड दिये गये जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के बच्चों को तकनीकी पढ़ाई, रिसर्च , सोशल सायन्स एवं तंत्र - विज्ञान, गणितीय भाषा, सामान्य ज्ञान एवं विश्व ज्ञान से परिचित कराना है। . इस कॉलेज में ग्रामीण किसानों, खेतिहर मजदूरों ,गन्ना काटने वाले जैसे मजदूरों के 1000 से अधिक छात्र शिक्षा प्राप्त कर रहे हैंI

आरएमडी फाउंडेशन द्वारा पुणे के बंड गार्डन, गाडगे महाराज वसाहत, ढोले पाटिल वसाहत में निःशुल्क नेत्र जांच और चश्मा वितरण शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। 1500 से अधिक महिला -पुरुष बुजुर्ग तथा बच्चो की जांच की गई जबकि 1250 लाभार्थी द्वारा चश्मे का लाभ उठाया। इसके अलावा शिविर में नेत्र जांच करते समय 50 लोगों के मोतियाबिंदू की पहचान (Identify) की गईI इस अवसर पर वसाहत के लोगों द्वारा आरएमडी फाउंडेशन की उपाध्यक्ष शोभाताई धारीवालजी को धन्यवाद दिया।

HEALTHCARE

The RMD Foundation is committed to working with community residents and organizations to make measurable, sustainable improvement in the health status of underserved population. Manikchand Group has set up modern hospitals, where treatment is administered at highly subsidized rates, and, in many cases, completely free of cost. Over and above we also conduct regular medical camps in rural areas.

The Matoshree Madanbai Dhariwal Hospital is a shining example of RMD's firm belief in providing world-class healthcare. It is equipped with a 24 hour ICU, operation theatres, ventilators, defibrillators, image intensifiers, laboratory analyzers, color doppler, UGS machine, post-operative facilities etc.

EDUCATION

The power of education can only be realized when ambition finds the right platform to leap from. We at Manikchand give wings to the ambition of literacy.

In 1993 we setup the R.M. Dhariwal English Medium School in the rural area of Shirur, Pune with just 35 students and two teachers. Today the school has over 1098 students and a staff strength of over 44.

The Manikchand Dhariwal Institute of Management and Rural Technology (MDIMRT) is another example of fostering modern education to rural and economically challenged citizens. Recognized by the University of Pune, the degree and diploma courses include MCA, MPM, DBM, DCM, EEDP and MSCIT. In spite of being the youngest rural institute, the results have been outstanding.

SOCIAL CAUSES

A positive living environment, an economically healthy society and secure communities are essential conditions for making the world around us a more better place.

The RMD Foundation is actively supporting deserving social activities and is associated with umpteen causes across the country. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, we have associated ourselves with several social issues that need active support for the greater good of all.

DISASTER RELIEF

Natural disasters are nature's fury, arriving without warning. Unfortunately, the poor are the worst hit for they have the least resources to cope and rebuild.

ENVIRONMENT

Trees are the pillars of our planet and our life. The RMD Foundation believes that it's only natural that we take responsibility for them.

As part of the 75th birthday celebrations of Shri R.M. Dhariwal, we undertook a mission to plant over 80,000 trees in Maharashtra and Gujarat.

A mass tree plantation marathon was organised for the same from 16th June, 2013. This project will enhance the region's biodiversity and help restore the ecological balance across the states.

RELIGION

Faith has the power to light the flame of divine peace in hearts and minds. And every person deserves to be blessed with peace and a place to seek blessings.

Shri R.M. Dhariwal has tremendous belief in God. He takes personal interest towards religious activities, be it building idols, prayer halls or temples. RMD foundation's contribution towards religious services is second to none.
