*Ananda Marga Share Insights into the Secrets of Healthy Living at Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Kapurthala*

Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya in Kapurthala, Punjab, Avadhutika Ananda Sadhika Acharya, from Ludhiana, representing the Ananda Marga Pracharaka Sangha, gave a presentation to the students on stress management and Yama and Niyama (ethical principles). Avadhutika Ananda Unmesh*ta Acharya, from Delhi, discussed Kaoshikii dance and yoga-psychology as taught by Shri Shri Anandamurti, which was then practiced by the students under the guidance of Brahmacharini Sadhvika Acharya.
