Advertisement for the contractual positions under Mission YUVA of district Rajouri.

District Administration Rajouri invites the online applications for SBDU experts (for District headquarter) and BHD experts (for Sub-Divisional headquarters, Sunderbani, Nowshera, Rajouri, Kalakote, Koteranka and Thannamandi) of district Rajouri are invited from the eligible interested candidates, with relevant WORK EXPERIENCE (as required in the guidelines accessible through the link of advertisement notice).

The online application forms are to be filled in through the given google links of the Advertisement notice.

Last Date to apply for these contractual positions is 26.08.2025.

The shortlisted candidates as per the evaluation criteria and work experience etc as notified in guidelines accessible through the google links given in the advertisement notice shall be called for the interview . After that based on cumulative merit ( profile, experience, academics etc abd interview) the final select list will be prepared.

RAJOURI, JUNE 28: The Government of Jammu & Kashmir today launched Mission YUVA, a transformative initiative aimed at empowering the youth through entrepreneurship, skill development, and innovation. The Chief Minister of J&K virtually launched the mission in the presence of top government functionaries, youth representatives and stakeholders across the Union Territory.

In Rajouri, the virtual launch event was hosted at the DC Office Complex where leading entrepreneurs, Yuva Doots and the general public participated enthusiastically. The event was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, who interacted with the participants and encouraged them to make full use of the opportunities being provided under Mission YUVA.

On the occasion, the DC distributed appreciation certificates to leading entrepreneurs of the district in recognition of their outstanding contributions to local economic development, innovation and youth empowerment. He lauded their spirit and called them role models for aspiring youth.

The Deputy Commissioner said that Mission YUVA will provide a strong institutional framework to nurture youth-led enterprises and drive inclusive development. He further highlighted that the initiative will link youth with resources, mentors, markets and skill-building avenues, thus creating a conducive ecosystem for self-reliance and job creation.

District officers from various departments, members of the business community and youth icons from the region also attended the event.

The participants expressed gratitude to the UT administration for launching such a visionary initiative and pledged their support in taking the mission forward at the grassroots level.

*ADDC Rajouri reviews implementation of Mission YUVA, Associated Employment Schemes*

RAJOURI, MAY 05: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Dr Raj Kumar Thapa, today reviewed the implementation of Mission Yuva schemes, here at a meeting.

The ADDC, who also serves as the District Nodal Officer for interdepartmental collaboration and implementation of Mission YUVA convened the meeting during a visit to the Office of the Deputy Director Employment, where he assessed the progress made under the Mission YUVA initiative.

Deputy Director Employment Mohammad Nawaz briefed the ADDC about the ongoing schemes and activities being carried out under Mission YUVA. He gave a detailed overview of various youth-centric programs, including MUMKIN, TEJASWINI and Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiatives, highlighting the achievements and targets set for the district.

The ADDC conducted a comprehensive review of these schemes and emphasized the need to provide timely benefits to the eligible youth. He also stressed the importance of maintaining regular communication with the YUVA DOOTs, ensuring that all instructions and updates from higher authorities are promptly shared to facilitate potential entrepreneurs.

The ADDC underlined the transformative potential of Mission YUVA in promoting entrepreneurship and self-reliance among the youth and called upon all stakeholders to contribute proactively towards the successful realization of its objectives.
