Mega Placement Drive was successfully conducted in Lohardaga in the gracious presence of the Deputy Commissioner, Lohardaga. During the drive, 94 trained and certified candidates under the received job offer letters from the dignitaries present at the event.

The event was also attended by the District Development Commissioner (DDC), Lohardaga; Labour Superintendent, Lohardaga ; General Manager, District Industries Centre (DIC), and District Skill Officer (DSO), Lohardaga.
The dignitaries interacted with the candidates, encouraged them, and appreciated their efforts. They congratulated the selected candidates and extended their best wishes for their future endeavours.

विश्व आदिवासी दिवस, 2026 के अवसर पर झारखण्ड कौशल विकास मिशन सोसाईटी (JSDMS) द्वारा मोरहाबादी मैदान, राँची में आयोजित दो दिवसीय झारखंड आदिवासी महोत्सव में स्टॉल का प्रदर्शन किया गया।
स्टॉल के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना के अंतर्गत संचालित Venture Skill India Pvt. Ltd., कौशल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के द्वारा युवाओं के लिए उपलब्ध Futuristic एवं उभरते हुए Job Role की जानकारी प्रदर्शित की गई। स्टॉल पर उपस्थित प्रशिक्षणार्थियों एवं प्रशिक्षकों ने युवाओं को आधुनिक कौशल अवसरों, बदलते रोजगार परिदृश्य, तीव्र तकनीकी बदलावों तथा भविष्य की रोजगार संभावनाओं से परिचित कराया।

स्टॉल पर बड़ी संख्या में आगंतुकों ने पहुंचकर कौशल विकास, प्रशिक्षण के अवसरों, रोजगार की संभावनाओं और मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना के उद्देश्यों के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त की।

साथ ही इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य भर में संचालित सभी कौशल प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों में सांस्कृतिक, विभिन्न प्रतियोजिताएँ एवं अनेक प्रकार के कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया ।

झारखण्ड के युवाओं को अधिक से अधिक रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में झारखण्ड कौशल विकास मिशन सोसाईटी (JSDMS) एवं झारखण्ड चैम्बर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्रीज (FJCCI) के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए।

इस अवसर पर झारखण्ड कौशल विकास मिशन सोसाईटी के मिशन निदेशक श्री शैलेन्द्र कुमार लाल तथा फेडरेशन ऑफ झारखण्ड चैम्बर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्रीज (FJCCI) के अध्यक्ष श्री आदित्य मल्होत्रा ने समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए।

इस साझेदारी के तहत मुख्यमंत्री सारथी योजना के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षित एवं प्रमाणित युवाओं को FJCCI से जुड़े उद्योगों एवं प्रतिष्ठानों की आवश्यकताओं के अनुरूप रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में संयुक्त रूप से कार्य किया जाएगा।

यह पहल उद्योगों की मांग के अनुरूप कुशल मानव संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने, रोजगार सृजन को गति देने तथा राज्य के युवाओं को गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं सम्मानजनक रोजगार से जोड़ने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित होगी।

Candidates who successfully completed their training received their certificates, while those who secured employment through placement drives were awarded job offer letters. In addition, selected candidates were provided with tool-kits to support their livelihood and career progression.

The certificates, offer letters, and tool-kits were distributed by the Deputy Commissioner, Ramgarh during a special event organized at the Collectorate Office, Ramgarh.
