As a teacher, it is important to know what children think, how they think and how to help them. When a child comes to school, there is no blank paper, nor is it empty which we fill with knowledge. Rather he comes to school with an understanding. I should adopt a method in which children get more opportunities to learn. I can get success in this when I understand the kids, understand their interest and need. Keeping in mind their surroundings, economic and social status, we can provide them with greater learning opportunities. In addition to understanding their skills and curiosities, prepare activities that children should not get the burden of learning and get opportunity to get an understanding based education in sports.
I want to give children such opportunities that create a scientific outlook in children. They accept anything after only after testing it on the criterion of reasoning. They abandon the misconceptions of their society. I want education to be such that a good citizen is prepared, who looks at the society from a new perspective. Keep your curiosity in front of your colleagues, parents, teachers, understand them and make your understanding based on logic. They are not accepting education that they get a job, but they should accept education so that they have formed social concern. Do not understand the work as small or large.
Relationship between teacher and children
I realized that when the children come to school, they are afraid that teachers will die in school and they hesitate to speak. So I decided that when I came, I should remove the suspicion and hesitation by not giving children the letters of alphabet knowledge.
