Maselo 2/05/2026 : Today, an official cleanliness assessment was conducted to recognise the cleanest and most hygienic households and to promote health, hygiene, and community responsibility.

This positive initiative was successfully organised by the GPC and Maselo Women’s Group with full cooperation from villagers.

Maselo Integrated Sports & Recreation Complex – Update

The project, approved in the last Gram Sabha, has now begun with an initial support of ₹1,00,000 from the Maselo Welfare Committee (President Shri Rani Miku, General Secretary Shri Rakhim Mickrow, Treasurer Shri Padu Umpo).

The fund has been handed over to Shri Azad Miku, who is overseeing all activities and management.
This is a community-driven project, supported by villagers, well-wishers, and Gram Panchayat funds, aiming to generate revenue, promote youth engagement, and beautify Maselo.

MASELO 18/04/26: Saturday Weekend Door-to-Door Garbage Collection Drive.

Our village has started regular door-to-door waste collection. Each household is contributing ₹100 to support the garbage collection vehicle, with more than 100 households participating.

Cleanliness guidelines have also been distributed along with an undertaking for accepting and following the rules.
Heartfelt thanks to all the villagers for your cooperation and support in keeping Maselo clean and green.

GPC Smti Nuri Mihu was honoured to attend the joint Republic Day and Convocation Day celebration at Nani Maria School, Cheta Village, alongside Smti Desai Linggi ji — a distinguished State Gold Medalist, dedicated social worker, and the founder/owner of the institution, whose vision and achievements continue to inspire the community.

Sincere gratitude is extended to the School Management Committee and Headmistress Miss Imili Umpo for the kind invitation to grace the occasion as Chief Guest. The presence of respected senior citizens and proud parents made the celebration truly meaningful, reflecting the spirit of education, values, and national pride.
