Empowering discussions and driving real change! ๐ŸŒธ

โ€‹A special workshop on various issues related to women was organized at the Block Community Hall today. The event was graciously attended by the Hon'ble Vice Chairperson of the Tripura Commission for Women as the Chief Guest.

โ€‹The session focused on enhancing awareness regarding womenโ€™s rights, legal protections, health, and economic self-reliance, reaffirming our commitment to creating a safer, equal, and more supportive environment for every woman in our community.

๐ŸŒธ Sashi Sathi Campaign Successfully Launched ๐ŸŒธ

A proud and meaningful day for Rupaichari RD Block as we successfully launched the Sashi Sathi Campaignโ€”an initiative dedicated to promoting menstrual hygiene, awareness, dignity and empowerment among girls and women.

The campaign was inaugurated in the gracious presence of Honโ€™ble MLA Shri Mailafru Mog, Hon'ble BAC Chairperson Smt. Rakhi Tripura, renowned mountaineer Miss Piyali Deb, Dy CEO, TRLM and other distinguished dignitaries.

โœจ Sashi Sathi aims to create an environment where menstruation is understood with knowledge, discussed without stigma, and managed with dignity. Through awareness, access to menstrual hygiene products, feedback mechanisms and community participation, the campaign seeks to empower every girl to move forward with confidence.

Our heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries, officials, community members, SHGs, students and supporters who made this launch successful.

Let us break the silence. Let us end the stigma.
Let every girl menstruate with dignity and live with confidence. โค๏ธ

โ€‹Today, the District Team conducted a successful Awareness Program on Solid Waste Management at Maubankul HS and Chatakchari HS School.

โ€‹Students and faculty actively participated in understanding the importance of waste segregation, reducing single-use plastics, and adopting sustainable waste management practices both at school and home.
โ€‹Youth are the true drivers of change, and through proper education and action, we can ensure a cleaner environment for everyone!
