*Community Service Provider (CSP) Block-Level Selection Process* 🌱

A *Block-Level Written Test and Interview* for the selection of various Community Service Provider (CSP) cadres was conducted at *Satchand R.D. Block* to strengthen and saturate the *VO-wise CSP requirements* across the Block.

The selection covered diverse cadres including *Livelihood Cadres, Bank Sakhis, ICRPs, MBKs, Swasthya Sakhis, LRPs* and other community-based service providers.

The *written test was conducted by representatives from each CLF*, followed by an interview as part of a *transparent, merit-based and community-led selection process*.

Additionally, a *separate written examination for the Accountant position of Manubazar CLF* was also conducted as part of the institutional strengthening process.

The initiative reflects a strong commitment towards ensuring *transparent selection, strengthening community institutions and fulfilling VO-wise CSP requirements* for effective last-mile service delivery.

Satchand BMMU has successfully achieved its SVEP Enterprise Creation Target by establishing 1,921 enterprises, marking a significant milestone in strengthening rural entrepreneurship, self-employment, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. 🌱💼

With the enterprise creation target successfully accomplished, our focus now shifts towards the next crucial phase — Enterprise Sustainability. 📈

The journey ahead is about nurturing these enterprises, strengthening their businesses, improving profitability, and ensuring that rural entrepreneurs can build resilient and sustainable livelihoods.

🌾🐟 *Empowering Communities Through Knowledge Sharing!* 💚

The *2-Day Block Level Fishery CSP Refresher Training* and *2-Day Block Level Agriculture CSP Refresher Training* were successfully conducted under *Satchand BMMU*.

✨ The most inspiring part of these trainings was that they were facilitated by our *newly selected Master CRPs of South Tripura*—a true example of *"Community Mobilising the Community."* 🤝

👩‍🌾 Our Didis are no longer just learners—they are becoming *trainers and leaders*, sharing their knowledge with fellow community members to strengthen *Package of Practices (PoP)* and improve livelihood outcomes across the block.

On *31st July, 2026*, a joint plot identification visit was conducted under *Satchand R.D. Block* by:

✅ Smt. Sudipta Saha (CC, Non-Farm I/C)
✅ Sri. Biswarup Bal (CC, SISD I/C)
🤝 Along with the Tehsildar Teams of *Manubazar TK* and *Harina TK*, as per the instructions of the Higher Authority.

🎯 *Objective:* Identification of land for a *20-capacity Pig Breeding Unit* and demarcation of a *50-capacity Pig Fattening Unit*.

*Outcome:*
✔️ A suitable plot for the *50-capacity Pig Fattening Unit* was successfully finalized.
⚠️ The proposed site for the *20-capacity Pig Breeding Unit* was found unsuitable due to the lack of electricity, road connectivity, water availability, and sanitation facilities.

A step forward towards ensuring that livestock infrastructure is established at technically suitable locations for long-term sustainability. 🌱🐖

✅ Under the ongoing *E-KYC & SHE-LEAPS Campaign*, multiple *E-KYC Camps* and *field-level SHE-LEAPS demonstrations* were successfully conducted across different locations under *Satchand R.D. Block*.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Every *BMMU staff* member actively participated in the field, while also carrying forward the *Census Drive & Self-Enumeration* started on *17th July*.

👏 With the constant guidance and support of our *BMM Sir*, the entire team worked hand in hand to achieve the targets within the stipulated timeline.

🌿 *CLF-Level Two Days Training Programme on FNHW* 🌿

A *Two Days Training Programme on Food, Nutrition, Health & WASH (FNHW)* was successfully conducted across all three CLFs under *Satchand BMMU — Manubazar CLF, Sabroom CLF and Kalachara CLF*, on different dates.

The training focused on strengthening the capacities of *CLF EC Members and Swasthya Sakhis*on key themes including *Non-Communicable Diseases, Household Waste Management, Elderly Health & Nutrition, Agri-Nutritional Gardens*, and other important FNHW topics.

During the programme at *Kalachara CLF*, the session was also graced by the presence of the *District Coordinator, SISD*, adding valuable insights and encouragement to the participants.

The programme aimed to enhance community-level awareness and encourage practical actions towards *healthy households, improved nutrition, better hygiene and a sustainable environment*. 🌱💚

A *1(one) Day Block Level BLCC Meeting & PRI-CBO orientation on VPRP* was conducted under *Satchand R.D. Block, South Tripura*, in the presence of the

✅ Representatives from diffrent Line Departmens
and
✅ All three CLF Presidents.

The meeting focused on strengthening *PRI–CBO convergence*, and *Streamlined Convergence with All the Line departments* discussing community priorities and needs, and ensuring participatory planning for inclusive and sustainable rural development.
