them to other organizations and individuals in the field of social work that would allow youth to see a side of society that is actively working for its betterment and offer them glimpses of an alternative way of life which they probably would never have been exposed to otherwise.

​"Today, we successfully conducted the first session of 'Ek Shakha Internship 2026' focused on Yoga and Meditation.

We were honored to have Acharya Pankaj Verma (Director, Divya Jyoti Yog Kendra) and

Shri Vikas Mahajan (District President, Patanjali) join us alongside Dr.Herum Sharma and all our dedicated internship members.

​The session was truly refreshing, offering a deep sense of peace and tranquility. We delved into the importance of 'Peace of Mind' and explored how the 'Law of Attraction' can positively influence our lives. Furthermore, we discussed how Yoga and Meditation can serve as powerful tools for students and youth to enhance their education and career prospects.

​It was an insightful experience that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. A heartfelt thank you to all the team members of the Ek Shakha organization for making this session a success.
