MEET THE MAKER.
Meet Dominic Khardewsaw, leading the Ranikor Organic Producer Cooperative Society Ltd, based in South West Khasi Hills, Meghalaya.

Since September 2022, the cooperative has been cultivating organic produce with a focus on black pepper, along with bay leaf, wild pepper, and long pepper. They also grow a variety of fruits including papaya, mango, pineapple, jackfruit, strawberry, and litchi—bringing the richness of the region to every harvest.

Their journey recently reached a global milestone at the RBSM held in Shillong on 3rd Feb 2026, where they signed an MoU with Slovakia—marking a new chapter of growth and opportunity. Supported by the Department of Horticulture and DCIC South West Khasi Hills, they continue to move forward with strong hopes from MeghaRise.
