ನನ್ನ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಜೀವನದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಭಾವುಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಕ್ಷಣ.
ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಜಿಯವರನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗುವ ಸೌಭಾಗ್ಯ ಲಭಿಸಿತು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿರದಿಂದ ಕಂಡಾಗ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಪ್ರತಿಮ ತೇಜಸ್ಸು, ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪಾರ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕತೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಅಪಾರ ಸಂತಸ ತಂದಿದೆ.
ಚಿಕ್ಕಂದಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಪೂಜ್ಯ ತಾತಂದಿರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ. ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿ ದೇಶ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಣ್ಣುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆ. ಇಂದು ಎನ್ಡಿಎ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ, ಅದೇ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೋದಿಜಿಯವರ ಜೊತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವಿಕಾಸದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ಒಂದು ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ಅನುಭವ. ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಡಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರಿಗಿರುವ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ.
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಾತಿನಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಮಹಾಪೂರ, ದೇಶದ ಹಿತದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಳ್ಳಷ್ಟೂ ರಾಜಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ. ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಎಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನಡೆಸುವುದಲ್ಲ; ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಹಾದಿ ದೀಪವಾಗುವುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಇಂದು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡೆ!
ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಭರವಸೆಯಿಟ್ಟು ನೀಡಿದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರೀತಿ-ಆದರಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿಜಿಯವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಶಿರಸಾಷ್ಟಾಂಗ ಪ್ರಣಾಮಗಳು.

I had the privilege of meeting our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi avaru personally for the very first time. Words fall short to describe the incredible warmth, positive energy, and inspiring aura he radiates in person.
Growing up as a child, I watched my grandfather, former Prime Minister Shri H.D. Deve Gowda avaru, serve the nation from the highest office. Today, standing beside Modi ji as an NDA partner working for Karnataka’s future felt like a deeply personal, full-circle moment.
