উধারবন্দ BPHC-এর অধীন চাঁলিতাকান্দি ও সালগাঙ্গা SC এলাকার দুইজন Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) আক্রান্ত শিশুকে ২৯/০৮/২০২৬ তারিখে শিলচরের NRC-তে সফলভাবে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে।
শিশু দুটিকে RBSK MHT-1, Udharbond BPHC-এর মাধ্যমে শনাক্ত, মোবিলাইজ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পুষ্টি পুনর্বাসন ও চিকিৎসার জন্য NRC-তে রেফার করা হয়। এই পুরো প্রক্রিয়ায় সংশ্লিষ্ট ASHA-গণ মূল্যবান সহযোগিতা ও সহায়তা প্রদান করেন। শিশুদের স্বাস্থ্য ও পুষ্টি সুরক্ষায় RBSK MHT-1 দল এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট ASHA-দের সময়োপযোগী উদ্যোগ, সমন্বয় ও নিরলস প্রচেষ্টার জন্য আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন। Two Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) children from Chalitakandi and Salganga SC areas under Udharbond BPHC were successfully admitted to the NRC, Silchar, on 29/08/2026.
The children were identified, mobilised and referred by MHT-1, Udharbond BPHC for appropriate nutritional rehabilitation and care. The concerned ASHAs extended their valuable cooperation and support throughout the process.

Different activities of Mobile Health Team of in addition to their routine health screenings at schools and Anganwadi Centres (AWCs), the MHTs have been raising awareness about various health issues like In-taking of IFA Tab, Stop Diarrhea campaign & hands washing techniques promoting comprehensive healthcare services for children.
Each MHT consists of two doctors, a nurse, and a pharmacist, providing a wide range of health services, including:
* Supervising of MCP Cards
* Nutrition assessment and counseling
* Treatment for common childhood diseases
* Health education and awareness.

আজ Borkhola BPHC-এর RBSK-এর MHT-1-এর উদ্যোগে **Kasturba Gandhi Girls Residential School-এ কৈশোরকালীন স্বাস্থ্য, মাসিক স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিচ্ছন্নতা, পুষ্টি এবং বাল্যবিবাহ প্রতিরোধ বিষয়ে একটি সচেতনতামূলক কর্মসূচি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
কর্মসূচিতে ছাত্রীদের ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতা, স্বাস্থ্যকর পুষ্টি, মাসিককালীন স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিচ্ছন্নতা এবং বাল্যবিবাহ প্রতিরোধের গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা হয়। ছাত্রীদের মধ্যে Menstrual Card বিতরণ করা হয় এবং এর সঠিক ব্যবহার ও গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিতভাবে বোঝানো হয়।
সংশ্লিষ্ট MHT-এর মেডিকেল অফিসার (MO) সক্রিয়ভাবে কর্মসূচিতে অংশগ্রহণ করেন এবং সচেতনতামূলক সেশনটি পরিচালনায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করেন।
এই ধরনের উদ্যোগ কিশোর-কিশোরীদের প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাস্থ্যজ্ঞান অর্জনে, স্বাস্থ্যকর অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলতে এবং ভবিষ্যৎ সম্পর্কে সচেতন ও দায়িত্বশীল সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে সক্ষম করে তোলে।
An awareness programme on Adolescent Health, Menstrual Health & Hygiene, Nutrition, and Child Marriage was conducted today at Kasturba Gandhi Girls Residential School by MHT-1, RBSK, Borkhola BPHC.
The students were sensitized on the importance of personal hygiene, healthy nutrition, menstrual health & hygiene, and the prevention of child marriage. Menstrual Cards** were also distributed, and the students were explained about their proper use and importance.
The Medical Officer (MO) of the concerned MHT actively participated in and facilitated the session, ensuring meaningful interaction and dissemination of essential health messages among the students.
Such initiatives play a vital role in empowering adolescents with accurate health knowledge, promoting healthy practices, and encouraging them to make informed and responsible choices for a healthier future. Date: 28-08-2026

আজ আসাম সরকার গৃহীত নতুন কার্যসুচির অঙ্গ হিসেবে পানিভরা কৃষ্ণচরণ হাইস্কুলে স্কুল হেল্থ ক্লাব সংক্রান্ত একটি সচেতনতামূলক কার্যক্রম অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। বিদ্যালয়ের স্বাস্থ্য সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম নিয়ে প্রধান শিক্ষকের সঙ্গে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করার পর ছাত্রছাত্রীদের তামাক সেবন, এর ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব এবং স্বাস্থ্যকর ও তামাকমুক্ত জীবনযাপনের গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা হয়। পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন চলমান স্বাস্থ্য কর্মসূচি ও উদ্যোগ সম্পর্কেও তাদের অবহিত করা হয়।

Today, as part of a new initiative undertaken by the Government of Assam, an awareness activity on the School Health Club was conducted at Krishna Charan High School, Panibhora.
Following a detailed discussion with the Headmaster on school health activities, students were sensitised on to***co use, its harmful effects, and the importance of maintaining a healthy and to***co-free lifestyle. Such practical demonstrations are valuable for improving health awareness among rural children.
