Today Siliguri Witnessed an Horrific Incident. Few Students Plying in the Streets of Parnami Mandir Road were stoped by Police and also harassed them mentally. they used filthy words and also made out a false charges of harassing the and made the driver sign forcefully on the seizure list even after severe protest. The Person below "In the Yello T-Shirt" claimed to be the Senior most Officer. When he was asked about his Uniform and Badge which is a mandate as per the Rulings of the Supreme Court, He threatened the citizen to go to the Court and also of Dire Consequences. They were also reported of taking bribe from other persons whom they had stopped for other reasons. SMP refused to take any action even after such incident was informed to them on the spot. They are abusing the power confered to them under the police Act. An officer on duty is not wearing uniform while conducting raids and was stalking the female counterpart with bad and malice intentions.
