Silvassa is the capital of the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. It is a tiny, lovely & beautiful territory which is a major attraction for a large number of tourists. The entire geographical area is 491 ms., but houses about 3500 industrial units which includes large, small, medium and micro units of all prominent sectors like like textile, plastics, metal, pharma, lubricants, air conditio
ners, packaging etc. We have 3 associations namely, Silvassa Industries Association (SIA), Dadra & Nagar Haveli Industries Association (DNHIA) & Silvassa Industries and Manufacturers Association (SIMA) which came into existence at different point of time to serve different needs. This was a long time need that those associations come to one platform to synergise, synchronize and collaborate their energy and resources to serve these industries. The main reason behind the formation of Federation of Industries association, Silvassa is to protect the collective industries and play the role of a bridge between the government and industries and the society.
