Hon’ble Vice Chairman, Himachal Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (HPSDMA), Sh. Deepak Rathore, Chaired a review meeting on Monsoon Preparedness-2026, Special Relief Package, SDRF, NDRF and PDNA expenditure at the DC Office, Solan, today, 25 July 2026.

During the meeting, the preparedness measures being undertaken by the District Administration and various line departments for the ongoing monsoon season were reviewed. The progress and utilization of funds under the Special Relief Package, SDRF, NDRF and Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) were also discussed.

The Hon’ble Vice Chairman also visited the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) Office, Solan, where he reviewed the functioning of the Disaster Management setup and interacted with the officials regarding preparedness, emergency response and coordination mechanisms.

विषय: 12वें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर "स्वस्थ आयु के लिए योग" विषयक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन

मेरा युवा भारत, जिला सोलन [युवा कार्यक्रम एवं खेल मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार] तथा जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण, सोलन [गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार] के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में चल रहे "युवा आपदा मित्र" प्रशिक्षण शिविर के अंतर्गत डॉ. वाई.एस. परमार विश्वविद्यालय, सोलन में 12वें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस का आयोजन किया गया।

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी, सोलन श्री विजय कुमार रहे। इस वर्ष अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस का विषय "स्वस्थ आयु के लिए योग - Yoga for Healthy Ageing" है।

कार्यक्रम का आयोजन श्री कनिष्क शर्मा, मेरा युवा भारत, सोलन द्वारा किया गया। मुख्य योग प्रशिक्षक श्री निसर्ग शर्मा द्वारा युवाओं को योगाभ्यास करवाया गया तथा योग को दिनचर्या में सम्मिलित करने हेतु प्रेरित किया गया।

इस अवसर पर योग के साथ-साथ योग से संबंधित खेलों का भी आयोजन किया गया। ध्यान अवधि बढ़ाने हेतु 'ऐसे-वैसे' खेल का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता में प्रथम स्थान पर कार्तिक ठाकुर, द्वितीय स्थान पर महक तथा तृतीय स्थान पर अपराजिता रही। कार्यक्रम के समापन पर रस्साकशी Tug of War का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें प्रशिक्षणार्थी युवाओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक सहभागिता की।

इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य युवाओं को आपदा प्रबंधन के गुण सिखाने के साथ-साथ स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने हेतु जागरूक करना था।

A training programme on the Mobile Application & Dashboard for Real-Time Incident Reporting was organized by the Himachal Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (HPSDMA). The programme aimed to familiarize departmental officers and officials with the effective use of the mobile application and dashboard for timely and accurate reporting of disaster incidents.

Officers and officials from various departments of District Solan actively participated in the training programme. Participation was ensured through both virtual mode and physical attendance at the NIC Meeting Room, Solan. The session focused on real-time incident reporting, dashboard functionalities, data entry procedures, and coordination among departments to strengthen disaster response and information management.

The training concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, where participants clarified operational aspects of the application and dashboard, enhancing their preparedness for efficient incident reporting during emergencies.
