With a view to wage a peaceful struggle for achieving “Right of Self-determination” of the people of Jammu & Kashmir State and secure global support for this objective it is resolved to form an organization to be called Jammu & Kashmir People’s Political Party (PPP). The constitution of PPP is formulated as under:
Article 1: The People’s Political Party (PPP) shall operate within the limits of J
& K State as it existed on the month prior to August 1947;
Provided that the Central executive may extend its activities beyond J &K State and Foreign Countries for securing moral, political and diplomatic support for J & K people’s struggle for “Right of Self-determination.”
Article 2: The “right of Self-determination” shall be the pivot around which all the activities of People’s Political Party (PPP) shall revolve. Article 3: The Road-map of PPP ( Which contains 3-point Formula ) shall be the basis on which all the activities and program of PPP shall be carried on in order to secure a amicable , peaceful, equitable and honorable settlement of Kashmir Problem.
