A general body meeting of health technical employees association Kashmir took place at directorate premises wherein chairman ZA khan, President Gazi fayaz, G secretary Javed Ah Teli, and all the provincial /district body members were present. All the important issues pertaining to the technical cadre were discussed and association was satisfied with the progress on all the issues. Following developments took place in todays meeting..
1= It was unanimously decided that bedsides core body meetings ,a general body meeting shall now onwards
take place on the last Thursday of every month .
2=To held future meetings in a civilized manner and for the proper arrangements General secretary was directed to change the organizer at an earliest .
3=District body Budgam was directed to hold a district body meet as soon as possible and convey a proper date to the provincial body for their participation in the said meeting to sort out all the issues of htea Budgam .
4=Provincial body treasurer was directed to collect Rs 10,000/district for the management of the affairs of the association and maintain all the expenditure/collection records for audit purpose.
5=provincial body will visit every district in future and district bodies are directed to convey proper dates for the same.
6=Association members visited dhs office and met deputy director headquarters and discussed finalization of seniority lists, 2 1/2 days recovery problem and clearenc of remaining time bound cases, which were cleared today.
7=A team of the association led by G secretary Javed ah and secretary Jahangir javid visited civil secretariat to see the status of files pertaining to the technical cadre there. The team met director finance for the redressal of identical posting problem to which he assured that the issue will be sorted out in the coming days. Team met director general codes regarding pay anomaly issue, to which he assured that the case of technical cadre will be discussed in the upcoming pay commite meetings. Regarding risk allowance, he assured best possible help once the file is put up to his table .
All the association members were satisfied with the functioning of the association and progress on all the issues.

1=All the provincial and district body members are directed to assemble at pratab park Srinagar on 2nd May 2018 at 11am sharp to press for their genuine long pending demands like pay anomaly, technical cadre, carrier progression, risk allowance, time bound promotions, dpc etc at press enclave Srinagar where htea leadership shall also hold a press Conference pertaining to the above mentioned issues .Any other technologist apart from htea body members willing to take part in the program is whole heartily welcomed.
2= Regarding account and audit department reports mentioning recovering of 21/2days salary of lab technologists at pulwama, gousia hospital etc, htea leadership assures all the technologists that this issue will be sorted out once for all at secretreat level after 7th of May 2018,once move offices open at Srinagar so that our brothers don't face such problems in future.
3= Regarding time bound promotions and pending orders, the matter got delayed due to strike by clerical cadre, once they resume their duties, htea is bound to press for the clearance of time bound cases.
In addition to the above mentioned information, HTEA requests all the technologists not to upload sensitive information about technical cadre on whatsapp groups and have patience as htea is moving smoothly towards its targets, when needed in future htea shall call all the technologists of j $k for any program.

A delegation of htea comprising of Z A khan chairman, Gazi fayaz president, Zargar gulzar sr vice president, Jahangir javid secretary and Javed bhat media secretary visted jammu on 19th of March in connection with long pending issues of the technical cadre. The team met honurable chief minister, other ministers and various officers and apprised them of various pending issues of the technical fraternity. Following important development,s took place

1=The CM directed commissioner secretary health Dr. Pawan kotwal to conduct a meeting with HTEA for the redressal of all the genuine issues of the technical cadre .
2=Today on dt. 22th of March 2018,a meeting with HTEA was held in the office chamber of commisionar secretary health .Director finance, director health Kashmir, additional secretary healthand other officers were present in the meeting. The meeting took place in a very cordial atmosphere. HTEA discussed each and every issue like pending time bound cases, Dpc,pay anomaly, risk allowance, cadre review . technical grade etc pertaining to the technical cadre in the meeting.
4=DHS Kashmir was directed to immediately conduct a meeting with the htea to address all the pending issues at directorate for which dhs invited htea on Monday for a result oriented meeting.
5=Dhs Kashmir was directed to postphone the dpc for pharmacists on 26th of March until and unless the technical cadre is included. The said dpc was immediately postphoned till further orders.
6=Director finance, director codes and other officers assured association of their full support for the redressal of all the genuine issues at secretariat .
The association is highly thankful to the hounarable CM, hon, ble health minister, other ministers, commissioner secretary health, DHS Kashmir, director codes, director finance, additional secretary health and other officers for their support.
