This light has not been working for so many years , Requesting Shah-Re-khaas Traders kindly intervene and raise this issue with concerned teams and SMC Srinagar, as you did in Illahi bagh Chowk and Adjoncing Areas .It's also mentioned here that many deadly accidents occurred at this point so it is critical from a safety point of view,

This commendation is centered around the recent decision to permit the holding of the Moharram procession after an astounding gap of 33 long years.

Moharram, a significant event in the Islamic calendar, holds special importance for the Hussaini community. It is a time that reminds us all of the values of unity and brotherhood, encapsulated by the concept of Hussainiyat. This deep-rooted principle teaches us the importance of standing together, regardless of societal differences, and embracing the spirit of harmony and togetherness.

Today, an important meeting took place with SP Hazratbal Mr. Masroor Ahmad and IPS officer SHO Ahmad Nagar Mr. Hari Prasad. This significant event was held in an atmosphere of utmost cordiality, with the presence of esteemed trade associations who were graciously invited. Additionally, representatives from Shah Re Khass Traders and Chambers, namely Mr. Sajad Mir, Raqib Altaf Shah, and Abid Mir, were in attendance.

During the course of this notable meeting, several pertinent issues were deliberated upon. The diligent and dedicated Police official reassured everyone present that necessary actions will be taken to address these concerns, which garnered tremendous appreciation from the Shah Re Khass Traders and Chambers. They earnestly expressed their heartfelt gratitude and fervently requested that similar meetings be continued in the future as well.

Furthermore, the President, Mr Bashir Ahmad Kanu of SKT&C, astutely emphasized that the responsibility of combating crime and building a better society rests not only on the shoulders of the police force but also on the local community. *30 Year Kashmir Youth Posted As a Civil Servant In Royal Government In UK*

Kashmir Valley Traders and Society Chairman / President and other Team Members appreciated Mr Faizan Nazir from Chhatabal area of Srinagar for remarkable Achievement for qualifying civil services like ( UPSC) in Uk.
It is a proud movement for Jammu and Kashmir as Faizan has been posted as the Legal Advisor in The Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (OFGEM) in London, his role is currently Grade 7 (G7). Mr Sajad Hussain Shah and All team members of KVTS requested Youth to take inspiration from Mr Faizan Nazir.
As Kashmir valley battles in alarming drug addiction crisis, many teenagers involving in drugs especially Girls is a problem of the hour and needs to be addressed.
Chairman / President requested State police and Civil Adminstration that they should highlight these achievements of Mr. Faizan so that youth get motivated and can indulge in getting these type of achievements and Govt must develop better employment Schemes ,so that more and more youth get adjusted and attracted.
Faizan credited his parents for helping him succeed, but said, “That Almighty comes first, then my parents as they have provided a supportive atmosphere for me. He added that everyones parents should provide a supportive atmosphere so that they can succeed in anything. I owe everything to my parents.

Kashmir Valley Traders and Society Chairman / President Mr Sajad Hussain Shah and other core members have requesting all the local Masjid Committees that please have a vigilant view in our vicinity especially youth of the age group between 15-25 years. As we have seen the Gang war incidents are happening in the Kashmir Valley, also Kashmir valley battles at an alarming drug addiction crisis many teenagers are involved in drugs even girls. KVTS is requesting State Police, Civil Administration , Masjid committees ,Parents that please provide guidance and care to these youth . The police and the administration need to act swiftly on any inputs or information received about drug dealers. Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (IMHANS), the only government-run drug rehabilitation centre in Kashmir. The psychiatrist and professor of IMHANS
stated that "Until a decade ago, we used to see 10-15 cases of drug addiction per day at our hospital. Now we see 150-200 cases a day. This is alarming. So as a society we need to take necessary steps to guide and care for our future generation to come out of this manace.
