Ganderbal, 2nd June 2026: A PDP delegation of senior leaders, led by Zahoor Ahmad Rather District President Ganderbal and including Bashir Ahmad Mir, Constituency In-charge Ganderbal, visited Safapora village to offer condolences on the sad demise of Abdul Hameed Reshi, brother of our dedicated Halqa President Safapora, Abdul Rashid Reshi Sahib.
The delegation conveyed their heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for Dua-e-Magfirat for the departed soul. They also prayed that Almighty Allah grants the family strength, patience, and courage to bear this irreparable loss during this difficult time.
Among the prominent members who were part of the delegation were Abdul Rashid Bhat (Former DDC Member Safapora), Sahil Farooq, Haji Mohiuddin Malik, Showkat Ahmad Bhat, Mohd Yaseen Bhat, Ghulam Mohammad Paray, Danish Gulzar, Mohd Hussain Bhat, Tayaz Ahmad, and several other party workers and supporters.
The PDP leadership reiterated its solidarity with the bereaved family and shared in their grief and sorrow. May Almighty Allah grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous. Ameen.

Deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Abdul Hamid Reshi, beloved brother of our dedicated Halqa President Safapora-Treesa, Abdul Rashid Reshi Sahib.
May Almighty Allah grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, forgive his shortcomings, and bless him with eternal peace. May Allah also give strength, patience, and courage to@ the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.

“Unemployment has severely affected the people of Jammu and Kashmir, especially the youth of the Kashmir Valley. Many people feel disappointed and believe that the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference has once again failed to fulfill the promises made to the people, similar to what critics allege happened in the past. The youth deserve employment opportunities, transparent governance, and real development instead of repeated assurances.”
