Organizational Meeting Held in Malawrah, Shopian Ahead of Hon’ble Minister’s Visit
An important organizational meeting was held at Malawrah, Shopian, at the residence of Shri Mohd Ismaeel Beigh, in connection with the upcoming visit of the Hon’ble Minister.
The meeting was attended by Shri Mir Mashooq, State Vice President, RPI(A), J&K UT, and Shri Aijaz Hussain Mir, South Kashmir President, RPI(A), along with senior party workers, local representatives, and supporters.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on organizational affairs, coordination among party workers, and preparations for the forthcoming visit of the Hon’ble Minister. The participants emphasized the importance of strengthening the party’s organizational structure and ensuring effective coordination at the grassroots level.
A joining programme was also organized on the occasion, during which several new members formally joined the Republican Party of India (Athawale). The new members were welcomed into the party and encouraged to actively contribute to its organizational activities.
The meeting concluded with a commitment to further strengthen the party’s presence and organizational network across South Kashmir.

Workers’ Meeting Held to Strengthen Party Organisation
A workers’ meeting of the Republican Party of India (Athawale) was held today at the office of Shri Mir Mashooq, State Vice President, RPI(A), J&K UT. The meeting was attended by party workers and representatives from District Kulgam, Handwara and Tral.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on various organisational matters, with particular emphasis on strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots level, enhancing coordination among workers, and ensuring greater organisational discipline and unity.
The participants also held comprehensive discussions regarding the upcoming visit of the Hon’ble Minister, focusing on necessary preparations, coordination and organisational arrangements to ensure the programme is conducted successfully and in a well-organised manner.
The meeting reaffirmed the party’s commitment to building a strong, united and effective organisational structure across Jammu & Kashmir, with workers remaining at the centre of the party’s grassroots activities.

Today, Shri Ram das Atwale ji Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji along with a delegation of Buddhist monks in New Delhi.

The Mahabodhi Mahavihara in Bodh Gaya is the highest religious site for Buddhists worldwide. The demand is for the chairman and all trustees of the Mahabodhi Mahavihara to be Buddhist, as per the request of the Buddhist community across the country.

This demand is not against any religion, but is based on the fair notion that the management of the sacred Dhamma site of Lord Gautama Buddha should be in the hands of Buddhists.

I requested Hon'ble Amit Shah ji to rectify the issue by making the necessary corrections in the Mahabodhi Mahavihar Temple Act, 1949.

Hon. Home Minister Amit Shah ji have taken detailed study of the entire history and case of Mahabodhi Mahavihar and assured to take appropriate decision.

As per the instructions of Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, today's important meeting took place. My expectation is that the issue of Mahabodhi Mahavihar liberation should be resolved as soon as possible, respecting the sentiments and faith of the Buddhist community across the country.

RPI(A) Leaders Conduct Public Outreach Visit in Magam–Handwara
Kupwara, J&K: A delegation of the Republican Party of India (Athawale) – J&K UT today visited the Magam–Handwara area of District Kupwara as part of the party’s continued public outreach and grassroots engagement programme.
The delegation comprised Mir Mashooq, State Vice President, RPI(A) J&K UT; Aijaz Hussain Mir, President South Kashmir, RPI(A); and Mushtaq Ahmad Mir, Constituency President Langate, RPI(A).
During the visit, the party leaders interacted with local residents and listened to their various concerns and grievances relating to issues affecting the area. The delegation gave the residents a patient hearing and assured them that their genuine and legitimate issues would be taken up with the concerned authorities for appropriate action and timely resolution.
The leaders emphasized that the RPI(A) remains committed to maintaining direct and continuous engagement with the people at the grassroots level and ensuring that public concerns are appropriately highlighted before the concerned authorities.
The delegation further reiterated the party’s commitment to working sincerely for the welfare, development and socio-economic progress of the people of Jammu & Kashmir, while strengthening the party’s presence and public connect across the region.
