He is the Chairman of Kiran Hospital and the President of Saurashtra Jaldhara Trust, a movement dedicated to water conservation, rural upliftment, and social awareness across Gujarat. Abhiyan, Water Conservation Yatra, and Natural Farming Awareness Campaign, he has inspired millions to serve society and protect nature. His efforts have led to thousands of check dams and sustainable agricultural practices across the state. He is the Founder and Chairman of Kiran Multispeciality Hospital, Surat, where compassionate and high-quality healthcare services are provided. Honored with the Padma Shri Award (2014) by the Government of India for his outstanding social service, Mathurbhai Savani continues to work tirelessly to create a self-reliant, healthy, and sustainable India.
