Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Zonal Manager/ Area Manager who will:
Lead & oversee operations across a designated zone (Gujarat/Bihar/Delhi/Haryana).
Manage branch offices, field teams, client relationships and performance metrics.
Ensure service excellence, compliance, safety standards and business growth.
Develop strategy, supervise budgets, recruit/train staff, resolve escalations.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Management).
Minimum 5-8 years experience in security/manpower services or similar staffing services (with 2-3 years in managerial capacity)
Strong leadership, communication & client-facing skills.
Region familiarity & ability to travel within the zone.
Proficiency in Hindi/English + regional language (advantage).
Strategic mindset with result-orientation.
