Today on 8th October 2025, the District Level Training on Water Quality Testing using Field Test Kit (FTKs) and Social Behaviour Change in the context on Nutrition held at District Centre Conference Hall, Mushalpur. The training was given by the Asstt. Chemist and Lab Technician of Public Health and Engineering Department of Baksa and the training was attended by all Supervisor of Women and Child Development Department, Baksa alongwith One active Anganwadi Woker from each Sector.The FTKs also been distributed to all Supervisor.

29 nos. of AWCs visited by the Consultant, MoWCD, GoI from 7th to 9th September 2024 under Baksa district to see the 5 component of upgrated Saksham Anganwadi Centre (ie. POSHAN Vatika, LED screen, RO filter, ECCE materials and Rain Water Harvesting).

Today visited AWCs of Jalah ICDS Project to discuss regarding reopening of AWC regularly and instructed to continue the services of ICDS for improvement of health status of children under 5 years all other services for the beneficiaries of ICDS by the State Nutrition Consultant UNICEF Assam Dr. Sundeep Seth along with Project Coordinator of BTR four districts Mrs. Mallika Das.
