Block, Sonitpur district has been taken to panchayat office today i.e 05th Oct 2023 for mixing the soil in presence of our distinguished guest, Shri Prithiraj Rava, Hon'ble MLA, Tezpur LAC & Chief Executive Officer, Sonitpur Zilla Parishad. Also, Panch Pran Pledge, National mitti anthem, State mitti anthem has been observed in the presence and participation of around 600 (approx in nos)Jan Bhagidaris of Napam Panchayat area.
