Aamra Prabashi has come of age in terms of participation, growth and recognition. The most remarkable milestone is that we have grown rapidly to one big family of 275 member families and even though it has become more cosmopolitan over the years, we keep the Bengali culture and traditions alive. e club are never limited to the Bengali community or Hiranandani Estate residents. The celebrations are open to people from all walks of life. We are also in the endeavor to start a ladies and a youth wing, establish a Bengali library and a school for promoting Bengali culture in order to get the younger generation better acquainted with their roots. Aamra Prabashi does a lot to keep its social commitments. We provide food, garments, fruits sweets and chocolates to the little children of Mobile Creche of Hiranandani Estate (NGO). A handsome amount is donated every year for the well being of Pranab Kanya Sangha, an organization under Bharat Sevasram Sangha- taking care of the destitute girl children from across the country. Blood Donation Camps are organized regularly in the Estate in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society & Tata Memorial Hospital and we are donating fairly large yearly contributions to the Global Charitable Organization like UNICEF & CRY. As a part of our efforts to promote 'education to all' we financially support needy students to complete their vocational studies for taking up professional jobs and support their families. Every year we also felicitate the meritorious students of Hiranandani Foundation School who have topped the board examinations of ICSE and ISC , as an effort to promote excellence in education inside the estate.
