Swadeshi Council As the secondary part of the project of the same we are planning to give School and College level Training Programmes. Major Activities

The Swadeshi Council for Environmental Rural Development & Research [SCERDS] is a Charitable Trust spearheading the Swadeshi movement in accordance with the realisation of Rural Development through Self-reliance. The Swadeshi Council for Environmental Rural Development & Research [SCERDS] is a NGO spearheading the Swadeshi movement in accordance with the realisation of Rural Development through S

elf-reliance. The activities which includes development and transfer of appropriate modern technology for rural development and providing back support to the women and unemployed youth for starting micro enterprises by conducting regular training programmes, supplying raw materials for starting village level production centres and establishing Panchayat level distribution centres with the assistance of Trivandrum District Panchayat. It has been successful in creating a positive attitude among the school and college students and also generated afavorablee response among the teachers and parents through their self reliance.
