The Members of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Northeast Frontier Railway, Tinsukia District Association participated in the 80th Independence Day Celebration organized by N. F. Railway, Tinsukia Division on 15-08-2026. Hon'ble DRM/TSK Shri Parag Katre hoisted the National Flag at Hijuguri Railway Playground, Tinsukia. Two Platoons of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Northeast Frontier Railway, Tinsukia District Association participated in the Parade along with Railway Protection Force of N. F. Railway, Tinsukia Division. Patriotic Dances were Performed by the Rovers and Rangers on the occasion. On the same day Shri Ajay Toppo, Sr. DPO/TSK hoisted the National Flag at Scout Hut and congratulated all the members for their outstanding performance on the celebration.

On 28.07.2026 team of 20 members consisting of District Officials, Unit Leaders and Rovers rushed towards the flood affected areas of Sivsagar District of Assam and Distributed Food Package, Water bottle and a packet consisting of all the necessary items including New Clothes , Sanitary Pads, Candle, Cake, Biscuit, Toothbrush, Colgate, Bleaching Powder, Phenyl and Mosquito Coil with the valuable support of the Amguri Unit of The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Northeast Frontier Railway, Mariani District Association.
