Today NFRMU/DBRT Branch successfully organized Flood Relief Camp at Flood-affected areas of Sivsagor District (Bihubor, Nepali Khuti etc.) organized by NFRMU/DBRT Branch. Respected Convener GS/NFRMU Comrade Pijush da, WCM/AIRF Comrade Dibakor da, Convener/TSK Comrade Bitul Borah, Branch Secretary of DBRT, TSK, SLGR Branch and other Comrades of Tinsukia Division participated the Relief Camp.

During the programme, Respected GS Comrade Pijush Chakraborty interacted with the flood-affected Railway families of Simoluguri Railway Colony, listened to their grievances, and assured them of the Union's continued support. Relief materials were also distributed among the affected families.

SIVASAGAR FLOOD RELIEF – NFR MU STANDS WITH THE PEOPLE

On 01/08/2026, NFR MU New Tinsukia Branch successfully distributed flood relief materials to 300+ flood-affected families in Sivasagar District.

NFRMU/Tinsukia Division organized a Flood Relief Camp on 25th July 2026 for the flood-affected Railway colonies and other affected areas of Sivasagar District, Assam.
Through this initiative, essential relief materials were distributed to support Railway families and other Flood-affected people facing hardships due to the devastating flood.

Today, several Get- Meetings were successfully held at various workplaces from DBRG to Khuwang. The enthusiastic participation of railway employees clearly reflected their trust, and support for NFRMU.

Today, a Get-Together Drive was conducted by Com. Bitul Borah, Divisional Convener, NFRMU/Tinsukia Division, along with Com. Diganta Borgohain,Branch Secretary, NFRMU/TSK Branch and other Comrades at several Railway workplaces from Chariali to Namrup under Tinsukia Division.
The enthusiastic participation of the railway employees clearly reflected their faith and trust, in NFRMU. The Comrades interacted with the employees, listened to their concerns, and appealed to them to remain united for the protection of their rights and welfare.
