“విమర్శ చేయండి, కానీ భాషా హద్దులు దాటవద్దు.”

CIRCULAR
Subject: Advisory on the Use of Abusive and Inappropriate Language in Political Discussions – Andhra Pradesh
It has been observed by the Social Media Monitoring & Public Safety Team (Undercover Monitoring Unit) that certain individuals are using abusive, derogatory, and disrespectful language against public representatives, constitutional authorities, and government institutions of Andhra Pradesh on digital and public platforms.
While every citizen has the democratic right to express opinions and criticism, the use of:
Abusive or insulting words
Personal attacks
False or misleading allegations
Language affecting public harmony
is not permissible under law and may attract action as per applicable legal provisions.
All citizens are hereby advised and cautioned to:
Maintain dignity and decorum in political discussions
Use respectful and lawful language
Avoid spreading hate, abuse, or misinformation
This circular is issued as a preventive and awareness measure in public interest. Repeated violations may be reviewed and dealt with as per established legal procedures.
Public cooperation is expected to ensure a healthy democratic and social environment.
