I am happy to share that I attended a 2-day training programme on “Disaster Management – Village Development Plan” held on 2nd & 3rd September 2026 at SIRD&PR, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu, Chennai.

The training provided valuable insights into:

🌍 Disaster preparedness and risk reduction
🏘️ Village-level development planning
🤝 Community participation and inclusive development
🚨 Disaster response and preparedness strategies
📋 Developing effective Village Development Plans
🌱 Building resilient and sustainable villages

It was a wonderful opportunity to learn, interact and exchange experiences with development professionals and participants from different areas.

I sincerely thank the SIRD&PR team and all the resource persons for their valuable guidance and knowledge sharing.

I look forward to applying these learnings for community development, disaster preparedness and sustainable village development.

🙏 Thank You | Digital Transformation Bootcamp for Nonprofits

Heartfelt thanks to Dhwani Foundation for conducting the Non-Profit Capacity Building Training – Digital Transformation Bootcamp for Nonprofits on 17th & 18th August 2026 at Thilagam Nest, Yercaud.

The two-day bootcamp was an excellent opportunity to learn, exchange ideas and strengthen our understanding of digital transformation, technology adoption, organizational capacity building and effective nonprofit management.

Our sincere appreciation to Dhwani Foundation for their valuable knowledge, expert facilitation and continued commitment to strengthening the nonprofit ecosystem.

Special thanks to Indian Network for People Living with HIV/AIDS and Thozhi Federation for their partnership and support in making this programme meaningful and impactful.

🌟 Proud Moment! 🌟

I am delighted to share that I have successfully completed the In-Campus Training Programme on "Promotion and Development of Micro Enterprises" conducted by the Bankers Institute of Rural Development (BIRD), Mangaluru, under the guidance of NABARD, from 08–10 July 2026.

This programme has enhanced my knowledge of rural entrepreneurship, micro-enterprise development, financial inclusion, and sustainable livelihood promotion. The sessions, discussions, and interactions with experts and participants from across India were truly enriching and inspiring.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to NABARD, BIRD–Mangaluru, the faculty members, and all fellow participants for this wonderful learning experience.

I am committed to applying these valuable learnings through Sundratamil Charitable Trust to empower rural youth, women, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and aspiring entrepreneurs by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and strengthening rural communities.
