From an Ashram in Tiruvannamalai to Mohanji Home for Seniors
โจ Swami Sivanandaโs New Journey Begins at Mohanji Home for Seniors, Tiruvannamalai โจ
Age: 63 | Earlier Known As: Ashokan
Just a month ago, a gentle and serene soul entered our lives at the Mohanji Home for Seniors in Tiruvannamalai โ Swami Sivananda, earlier known as Ashokan.
Since 2021, Swami Sivananda had been living and serving at a renowned ashram, dedicating his days to spiritual practice and selfless service. He lived simply, gave freely, and touched many lives with his wisdom and compassion.
๐ฟ But life, as it often does, changed course.
Recently, Swami Sivananda suffered a severe stroke. The impact has been profound โ he has lost his ability to speak and can no longer swallow, making even the simple act of nourishment a challenge. His condition now requires regular medical care, specialized therapy, and a calm, nurturing environment.
With limited resources, the ashram could no longer support his medical needs, and with deep respect, entrusted him to our care at Mohanji Home for Seniors.
๐ Swami Sivananda, who spent years in quiet service uplifting others, now receives the love and care he truly deserves. At Mohanji Home, we are committed to providing him dignity, compassion, and daily medical support.
He feels deeply grateful here and often gestures towards Mohanjiโs photo, silently expressing his thankfulness.
๐ธ Mohanji Home for Seniors was established by Mohanji to serve elders who are often neglected by society, ensuring they live with love, care, and dignity.
If this mission resonates with you, we invite you to join hands with us. Together, letโs make a difference in someoneโs life. โค๏ธ
