📌 Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 Technical Support.

Handle weekend support by responding to alerts, incidents, and escalations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to Tier 3 engineers when required.
Follow the customer's knowledge base and support procedures for efficient issue resolution.

💻 Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Network Troubleshooting.

Experience with Windows Server Troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of Patching, Connectivity, and Device-related Issues.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Ecosystem, including Microsoft Licensing and related services.

Ability to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve common technical issues.
Good coordination skills to work with Tier 3 engineers and cross-functional support teams.
