Bus timings from udhampur to lander::---1st... 7:15.. 2nd-8:30am...3rd...11:00am...4th..12:45pm....5th...1:45 pm...6th....2:30pm...7th...3:15pm......first two are one day Buses..i.e return on the same day....best seasons to visit lander are september and october...lander is very peaceful area free from militancy....raja sankhpal and sankri devta are the famous religious places of this area....dr.chander shekhar is the present principal of govt.hr.sec.school lander.shri rajinder sharma is the present sarpanch of lander..lander falls in tehsil pancheri and district udhampur.....major crops:-maize ,paddy and mustard..... lander falls in winter zone of jammu division.

lander is about 56 kms away from udhampur..it is a beautiful place lying in the lap of nature...it takes 4hrs to reach lander by bus from udhampur...
