The Worthy Chief Education Officer, Udhampur, paid a visit to the Public Darbar held at Khour Gali . On the way back, worthy sir visited Higher Secondary School (HSS) Damnote, where he observed that all teachers were actively engaged in classroom activities and the school was functioning smoothly and efficiently.

Later, the CEO Sir visited HSS Moungri, where all staff members were present. During the visit, the Worthy Officer interacted with the staff, appreciated their dedication, and discussed various academic and administrative matters aimed at improving the quality of education.

On 17-04-2025, Sh. Kamal Kishore Badyal (Chief Education Officer, Udhampur) chaired the meeting of all ZEO's of district Udhampur along with Smt. Kalpna Jasrotia (Deputy Chief Education Officer Udhampur) and Smt. Gita Sharma (Section Officer) in the office chamber regarding the verification of documents of Contingent Paid Worker (CPW), Punctuality, Enrollment drive, Quality education, inspection of schools, tour diary of ZEO's, inspection of Mid Day meal as per weekly menu and status of new classification of classes of current session .

Today on 18.07.24 at 11:30 AM under signed with Assistant Director Planning and concerned ZEO visited Govt. Middle School Baryal and found that the water and mud came inside the school and classrooms. There is no route for water flow outside the school premises because all the surrounding areas covered by local owners by raising their compound walls due to this when the rain came all the water flows/came into the school premises. The articles/material of the school was also dipped in the water and mud. The ZEO concerned and staff of the school were on spot directed to give the detailed report of the incidence happened in the school and also directed to proposed the suitable building or nearby Government school to shift the classrooms and suggest corrective measures for save the school from such incidents.
