*Indukantam Kashayam & Kwatham* *(Tablet)* *by Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal Ref – Sahasrayogam*
Indukantham kashayam is an Ayurvedic medicine in water decoction form. It is mainly used in treating fever and abdominal disorders. Indukantham kashayam is also prescribed to maintain and stabilize the immunity power of an individual.
*Benefits:*
1. It is used in the Ayurvedic treatment of fever.
2. It relieves abdominal bloating, gaseous distention, gulma.
3. It relieves abdominal pain, improves digestion.
4. It is nourishing in nature, improves strength and *immunity*.

*Dosage:*
10 to 15 ml for adults and 5 to 10 ml for children & Dosage of kashayam tablet is – 2 tablets twice a day before food or as directed by the physician.

*Usage:*
Add 3 times of lukewarm water each time to the kashayam and to be taken as directed by the physician before food on empty stomach.

*Indications:*
1. Various debilitating disorders
2. Ascitis, gastric discomforts
3. GERD (Gastro-esophageal Reflux Disease)
4. Intermittent fever and fatigue - increases resistance power.

Ashta Choornam is an ayurvedic classical medicine beneficial for the abdomen. It pacifies Vata, decreases Kapha, and increases Pitta. It also increases gastric juices and stimulates bile secretion.
