𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐡𝐫𝐮 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

Basic Mountaineering Course 292 and Advance Mountaineering Course 182 concluded successfully after rigorous and intensive training in Rock Craft, Snow Craft and Ice Craft. The trainees displayed remarkable endurance, discipline, teamwork and determination while undergoing challenging training in the mountains.

The Graduation Ceremony was graced by 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐡𝐚, 𝐈𝐏𝐒, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐍𝐈𝐌 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 & 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐔𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝, as the Chief Guest.

Shri Amit Kumar Sinha, IPS, is widely recognized for his dynamic leadership, commitment towards youth development, adventure sports and promotion of fitness culture in Uttarakhand. He has also inspired many through his achievements in fitness and powerlifting, proving that determination and discipline know no age limits.

During his address, he motivated the trainees with his inspiring and highly motivating words, encouraging them to carry the spirit of courage, discipline and adventure throughout their lives.

Congratulations to all the successful trainees for completing this prestigious journey and carrying forward the spirit of adventure, courage and resilience.

The Team Building and Leadership Adventure Camp for NCC Cadets concluded successfully, equipping young cadets with essential leadership qualities, teamwork, and adventure skills in the lap of the Himalayas.

During the camp, cadets actively participated in a wide range of outdoor and adventure activities including Rock Climbing, Rappelling, River Crossing, Trekking, Survival Techniques, First Aid, Navigation and Team Building Exercises.

Through challenging tasks and collaborative exercises, the cadets learned the importance of trust, communication and working together to achieve common goals.

NCC Cadets are actively participating in the Team Building & Leadership Adventure Camp under the able guidance of the intrepid NIM instructors, where they are learning essential leadership qualities and teamwork skills through exciting outdoor activities, problem-solving tasks and adventure-based exercises.

These experiences are helping them build confidence, communication, coordination and the spirit to lead from the front.

A new journey of adventure, discipline, leadership and teamwork begins as the Team Building & Leadership Adventure Camp for Cadets started today at NIM.

During the camp, the cadets will undergo intensive training in 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 and a variety of Team Building & Leadership activities designed to enhance confidence, coordination, decision-making and resilience.

The camp aims to instill the spirit of adventure, camaraderie and leadership qualities among the young cadets while preparing them to face challenges with courage and determination.
